Among those places I've been, I think restaurant "Rudy's" is the absolute place which reflects characteristics of Houston well because it serves Bar-B-Q that could be called as a real traditional Texas food, attracts wide range of people, and has a real mood of Texas.

Restaurant “Rudy’s” has wide range of customers, and I believe that point reflects another characteristic of Houston, Texas, “Diversity”. Whenever I visit “Rudy’s” to have their delicious Bar-B-Q, I always see variety of people, including different races, age, and etc. Young or old, male or female, people of all backgrounds seem to enjoy their meals in the “Rudy’s”. I think it is really interesting to see all kinds of people in a same restaurant because in South Korea which is my home country, we barely see that many different kinds of people in one restaurant. So I thought since Houston is known as a city which has wide range of residents, restaurant “Rudy’s” is also a real Houston’s traditional restaurant that has wide range of customers as well.
